Vinifikation
Following cold fermentation over 36 hours between 6 and 8°C, the Zibibbo matures over 12 days in temperature- controlled stainless steel tanks.
Degustationsnotiz
The Zibibbo has a light straw-yellow colour with green- golden reflections. The nose and pallet are treated to the wonderful Mediterranean aromatic of citrus fruits, orange blossoms, sage, mint and acacias. A superbly fresh white wine, which perfectly expresses the elegance and the richness of the terroir.

Curatolo Arini
The Curatolo Arini family has been producing excellent wines in Marsala, Sicily, since 1875. White wines are cultivated on the westerly rolling hills, while the red wines are produced in the centre, near Caltanissetta.
