Vinifikation
After the gentle pressing and static purification, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of roughly 18 °C in steel tanks. Extended yeast contact following fermentation until the wine is bottled.
Degustationsnotiz
The Riesling Castel Ringberg has a bright and fresh straw- yellow colour. Aromas of white peach, a hint of citrus fruits, fresh herbs and mineral notes dominate the bouquet. An exciting freshness unfolds on the pallet, combining mineral structure, delicate elegance and a fresh finish.
