Vinifikation
Gentle pressing, static clarification. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 20°C. 15 percent of the liquidat this stage is poured into French 'barriques' where it matures for 5 months. Blending takes place in spring.
Degustationsnotiz
Thanks to the altitude of 600 metres above sea level (almost 2000 feet), coupled with intense exposure to sunlight, this 'Kristallberg' Pinot Bianco is multi- faceted and has a great mineral content. With its gleaming yellow straw colour, its bouquet is reminiscent of fresh, green apples and white peach. It reflects elegance and freshness, youth and vitality. An inviting, fine acidic interplay with an ultra-smooth texture, finely structured tannin and harmoniously absorbing length on the finish.
