Vinifikation
«Les Blanchards» is named after the soil, which consists of small limestone stones, and is a Premier Cru vineyard located in the commune of Morey-Saint-Denis. The vineyard, facing east and southeast, is situated at an altitude of 250 meters. From vine cultivation to winemaking, each process is tailored to the specific vintage to produce the best wines while preserving the terroir's typicity. The aging takes place in oak barrels, with one-third being new oak.
Degustationsnotiz
Light ruby color with purplish to garnet hues. The nose is dominated by aromas of small red and black fruits. On the palate, it shows a beautiful balance between acidity and tannins. It is a structured wine full of energy, impressive fruit flavors, and longevity.

The Amiot family has been dedicated to viticulture and the art of winemaking for over ten generations.
