Vinifikation
Contact with the mash for 6 hours is followed by the pressing. Gentle pressing and static pre-filtration of the Gewürztraminer by cooling. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 °C and extended yeast contact following the fermentation.
Degustationsnotiz
The Gewürztraminer with its typical dry South Tyrolean charm and character glows in an intensive golden yellow. Classic notes of Gewürztraminer are reflected in the bouquet. Intensive aroma with notes of rose petals, flowers and spices. This wine, which is rich in finesse, washes over the pallet with a fresh richness and harmonious elegance and has a long-lasting finish.
