Vinifikation

For this rosé Champagne, a small proportion of Pinot Noir red wine is blended into the cuvée, giving it its delicate colour as well as added expression and structure. Reserve wines provide balance and aromatic depth. The Champagne is then aged on the lees for 24 months, gaining finesse, creaminess, and complexity. Only the cuvée — the juice from the first pressing — is used.

Degustationsnotiz

Powder pink with delicate salmon-coloured reflections and an elegant mousse. The nose reveals intense aromas of raspberries, red currants and wild strawberries, accompanied by fresh notes of blood orange and pink grapefruit. On the palate it is creamy, lively, and precise, with beautiful freshness and a refined structure. The fruit-driven aromas are complemented by subtle nuances of dried fruits. An elegant and harmonious rosé Champagne with a long-lasting finish.

Champagne Laborde

Champagne Laborde is a rising, family-run winery located in the village of Nogent l’Abbesse, near Reims. Since 2018, Delphine and Pierre-Emmanuel Laborde have led the house with a clear vision: to craft terroir-driven, precise, and characterful Champagnes. The vineyards are situated on the chalky Mont de Berru – ideal conditions for elegant, mineral-driven sparkling wines with depth and freshness. As an oenologist with experience at Bollinger and Veuve Clicquot, Delphine brings exceptional technical expertise. The estate practices sustainable viticulture, avoids herbicides, and actively promotes biodiversity in the vineyard. The house's signature is unmistakable: tension, expression, and authenticity – Champagnes with soul, shaped by the soil, the climate, and the belief that true quality lies in the details.
